The Sure Foundation was formed in 1997 and derives its name and inspiration from the Bible:  Isaiah 33:5-6

The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high;
He will fill Zion with justice and righteousness,
He will be the sure foundation for your times,
a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge;
the fear of the Lord is the key to this treasure.                                     

The Charity's Main Objects are

• The promotion of the religious purposes of the Christian faith.
• The relief of poverty, distress or suffering by appropriate charitable (whether medical, rehabilitative, financial or other) assistance in any part of the world.
• The promotion of education.
• Such other charitable purposes and to make donations to such charitable institutions as the Trustees in their absolute discretion think fit.

We are passionate about seeing the impact for good that faith in Jesus Christ can have on individual lives and on communities.

Since 1997, we have helped resource short and long term Christian mission in the UK and overseas, funded Christian mission training courses and provided for prisoners' vocational training.

A project to support and educate orphans and other disadvantaged children in Utange, Kenya was started in 2009.  In 2016, this project was transferred out to become Utange Orphans Charity (Registered charity 1160637).  For more information click here . .  

We are keen to continue support of Christians on mission and who seek to make a difference in the world.
